Worked for me too. I can now use the same ID as I use for my Cruise blog and Ranch blog.
Looks like our signatures will reflect the new individual ID's as well. That's good.
We have to keep the original one in order to make changes, but it's located just under the photo so that we don't forget it after using our personal log in ID's.
